![]() The Red Bull Air Race World Champion series is flown on locations throughout the world and one of the most challenging aerial sports. The pilots and aircraft have to perform split-second aerobatic manoevers at air speeds of up to 360 km/h and accelerations of up to 12g. Videos from Red Bull Air Race explain the rules , race track layout and show the best scenes of the 2008 race series . As a subcontractor to IABG , Stock Flight Systems provides the Integrated Flight State Sensor System (IFNS) and MicroCDU to instrument Red Bull Air Race aircraft for various flight tests which are required for aircraft and race track optimization. Flight tests at the Oberpfaffenhofen airfield ensure the proper operation of the high-performance data acquisition system and telemetry interface.
